Manage the hierarchies of a
Cube

A hierarchy can be renamed by copying it and deleting the old one:

update()
can be used to batch hierarchy creation operations for improved performance:>>> h.update( ... { ... ("Geography", "Geography"): [table["Nation"], table["City"]], ...
